Timeslips 2013 Adds Calendar and other Benefits

Timeslips 2013 was released in August and offers some long-awaited functions and some surprises.  I was surprised to see the addition of a calendar.  Future integration with Outlook will make this a great addition to the expansive Timeslips feature set.

Calendar.  The fully integrated calendar lets you schedule your appointments and bill them all from within Timeslips. So there is no need to link and send billable appointments from other software to Timeslips.  You can view and schedule appointments for others and color-code by timekeeper or event category. You may optionally mark events for slip creation. The Pending Slips view lets you see which events need slips created.

Delete Multiple Slips at Once.  Yes, you can now delete multiple slips at once without using the purge function.


Assign multiple prices to Expenses. From time to time some of you have asked me how you can vary the unit cost for expenses to reflect different billing arrangements.  With Timeslips 2013 you can assign price levels to expenses.
