Time Matters Tip - Emailing Time Matters Documents from Outlook

Want to email multiple documents from tour Time Matters documents list? Here are 5 easy steps. This works especially well when the documents you need are all in the same folder.

1. Open the documents list (or sub-list if working from a Matter)
2. Open the first document record.
3. Click the Open Containing Folder button. (Click image below to enlarge.)

4. Hold down the Control Key and click on each document to attach.
5. After clicking on the last document, right-click and select Send To > Mail Recipient.

This will open an Outlook Email containing the documents.
